Idle musing: livery in Aldbury, Tring?

I have my eye on a house near there too - just awaiting lottery win - I think it is a beautiful area and hacking in Ashridge is lovely - very jealous.
I live a few miles away but would love to live in that area, Aldbury to Northchurch is about an approx 10 min drive ?

Less than a ten minute drive. I was actually planning a pub ride to Aldbury in a couple of weeks!
