be as mean as you like!!

i would hog her mane she ahs a nice chunkey neck so it would not look outof place (saying that i saw 5 tb today all hogged up)
and plait her tail i would think she owuld be a great working hunter pony
i am gussing she has some welsh in her

I would think she's welsh cross or maybe connemara cross at a push. and as a guess I would reckon on her being about 7 years old?

She's got a nice face, good round cheek and kind eye.
She's a little thick through the throat lash area, and her neck has a lot of muscle underneath it, which then makes her front end look over developed compared to her back end IMO.

her legs are good, and her hind legs are set on nicely. She's fairly short backed, but that's partly breeding as much as anything.

IMO she needs her back end building up a bit - lots of hill work, and lots of work in an outline will help with that and the muscle under her neck.

Does she jump? she looks like she should have a good jump. If so then I would plait her up and go for working hunter pony classes. I think she's too heavy set (and she''s not that heavy) to stand well in a hunter pony class.

I think she's a real nice sort. can I have her?

Wow, she's ever so much like my pony and he came off Bodmin Moor. (OK, not a recognised breed!) He has the same refined head on an (ahem! not being rude here) chunkier body and the same tufts of hair at the back of his fetlocks. She's gorgeous. They'd make a lovely pair of bookends.

not fair i can't play guess the breed as i already know. i do agree i think she would look nice hogged. have you weaned that cute foal of yours?

She's *meant* to be a welsh sec C - albeit a dreadful example of one!!! she's not too badly put together but is not typical of the breed!! She's actually 4 years old and has just had her foal weaned off her - hence no muscle or topline....I will be breaking her in over the winter and showing her in hand at a few winter wolly shows - but as a hunter pony - not an M&M - I have had her a while, and got right royally ripped off bvuying her - oh well, live and learn.....In fact I got ripped off with the sec D as well - who looks more like an ardennes.......hmmmmm, i'll stick to buying cheap cobs in future!

where did those legs come from they were the only bit I couldn't place as welsh and v little feather.

Plait up as SHP, she's smart and well put together and will look super with a bit of work, just not typical C!

bet she will be able to jump too
