Will it have grown back much in 7 weeks? Horse is fluffy again and in full work but going out for a month in a field third week in Dec (although rugged well). Thinking of an Irish clip now just to get rid of the sweatiest bits… he was fully clipped out 4 weeks ago but it’s mostly gone now!

if you do it in the next week or two it should grow back quite quickly.

the irish clip is the one i always used, does the job and leaves enough over the back to keep them warm. in 7 weeks it will have grown enough to keep him warm..

Thanks both I’ll do that next week. I have never ever not had Bog fully clipped legs head etc and I cannot stand hair on my horses so this is a special kind of new torture for me ? but needs must!

Horse in Avatar didn't need a hair clipped off - there wasn't anything to clip. Now have connie x ID - everything is clipped and grows so fast!. When will it stopp growing!!!!!! But my connie is sooooo easy......

My Connie has a full clip every 3 weeks until Christmas. So if I Clipped him now it would be almost completely outgrown by Christmas. However they are all different, but think you should be fine
