Took the lorry to a smart lorry builder today to get a quote on the leaky roof, they told me it was like a pack of cards and wasn't worth spending money on. Convinced them it was, and agreed to 3 structural arcs being added through the body, agreed a date next week, then the f****** exhaust snapped in half on the way home

. ALso got hit with a surprise insurance bill 3 times higher than I had been expecting!!! About time my OH got a job! Or possibly time to pack in the horses....

get OH to fix the roof, and get a bit of string and tie the exhaust back together, stop eating to pay for insurance bill.....see?....there's never a good reason to give up horses!

Get an OH that's a mechanic and good with a welder and an ex-OH who's an insurance broker and still gives you discount insurance - I think I have it sorted!!!

Yes, although it's a shame I didn't find a vet and a farrier along the way... actually I did go out with my farrier's brother for a while....
