....would you go out for a 1 hour ride if it meant you were given £100?

On a brighter note; I have now managed to groom and cuddle, rub, handle every single one of the foals today....including the elusive little grulla.

Depends if I thought it would effect the horses or could cause problems. If not then I would wrap up warm and go.

Glad the foals are starting to trust you now, keep us updated please.
 
Well I took them out yesterday and they just phoned to say they had such a great time and they want to go back out again in half an hours time

depending on the mood i was in! and it depends on the horse because some are fine and others are just dangerous!! ive started a new job so me and OH working different days so if im not working ive got my daughter and havent ridden for 2 weeks!!! its driving me mad!!
 
Oh no nothing like that - mine are all fine in the wind....it's just me who doesn't like it.

Actually I know what it is - I gave them a deal yesterday (half price) because it was really a one-off (or so I thought). Not sure I really want to do it because I know I'll have to charge half price again....I'm sure if it was for £200 then I wouldn't feel quite so bad LOL!!
 
They are boarders though and will be taking out their horse too and then renting 5 of my horses. I am such a lazy sod at times - tacking up 6 horses in the cold is not what I enjoy doing.

She came yesterday - says no way is she going back out again today - too darned cold for her. She's in a nice hot bath right now.

ps i need that £100 please, i took my oh and friend out for a posh dinner on friday night that i couldnt even taste as i was so bunged up with cold. too nice for my own darn good (rarely!).
