Does anyone remember this TV programme? It was on in the mid 90's I think, on Channel 4.

I LOVED it and bought the videos of the series (still have them now).

Yes! I have a video of them somewhere! *I am now trying to sing the intro music*

Bryony (I think) was the one whose mum presented, I seem to be remember. There was a Tom I think. There was the young girl who unfortunately had deformed arms, who used to ride really well, better than anyone of them in fact.

Ali! The instructor.

Yay thats right. My fave was Holly ( i thought her and Bryony were sisters). I don't know HOW many times I have watched the videos!!!! It was really good. Shame they dont have anything like that now.

Yes, the used to live in that house where the Shetland was kept out the back, I think.

Nothing like that now, unfortunately, as it was a great way of making riding seem less elitist and draw children in.

I loved that programme - my mum had to video it for me! If I remember correctly my favourite episodes were the one where they went to a show and one where they went to a ranch in America. I remember loving the pony called (I think) Chloe that was on it but that could have been the name of the rider!

I absolutely loved that series!! I loved Chiefley the palomino horse, always wanted him!! My sister and I met Ali a few years ago at Arena UK when she was showing a welsh pony at one of the big shows there, im sure she said she still had quite a few of the horses that were featured in the series. It was lovely, shame there isn't anything on TV like that now for young kids!

How odd! I was just thinking about this a few days ago and was going to post about it!!

I loved Goldie the shetland! And Chloe, the horse Holly rode.

...when you're cleaning tack, when you're moving muck, when you're doing all your chores....still you're having fun, you don't seem to mind, because you know you and your horse are friends, friends, that you're friends...

Is it really sad that I still know the theme tune off by heart?!

LOVED that programme and was so jealous of all the girls with their ponies.
