If you could live out a dream.....

Sunshine tour (dressage) is one of mine too

. I'd love to go.

But more basically, to get to GP on a horse I've trained myself.

To get a horse who I have produced from scratch round a 3* would be my ultimate "its not likely to happen" dream, but my slightly more realistic one is to get Goddy going well at 1*....

Jump a double clear in the Aga Khan at dublin! Also to get back and compete on a national team in showjumping

Can always dream ....

Badminton or Burghley. if i get there i'll be so chuffed i won't care if i'm last after the stressage (with the sort of mares i seem to pick, that's likely anyway) but if we have a blast round the xc i'll be deliriously happy.
then of course i'd like to go back and actually be competitive...!
then the Olympics, of course. the whole experience must be totally amazing.
maybe i'd better start looking for a single event guy who's likely to get there, probably my best chance!

I'm realistic here - I'd like to be loaded enough to own a 4* horse, preferably of Olympic calibre, and that way I'd get to go and watch it at all the fun events without risking life and limb on the cross country course. I also quite like the idea that I might have started the mythical beast off at Intro level!!

I've been dreaming this evening of going on the showjumping sunshine tour in Spain....and just wondered what everyone else would choose if they could go on a once in a lifetime trip to compete??

Is it bad that my horse has been to Spain more times than I have?

QR. Actually living out a dream? Being able to take off for a month or so and go and train with Catherine Haddad, she's an American dressage rider based in Germany, and she just comes across as so nice, and clear in her explanations, and non-scary in her training videos. I've tried to apply some of her theories with William and it's really helped. The real thing would be immeasurabley better though! Hope something like this might be a possibility within 18 - 24 months.

And then we'd be nicely set up for 2011 Euros, maybe even Kentucky 2010 (that's going to be amazing!). Note to self: must get down to Danish embassy asap.

I would love to do a 4* and you nver know if song gets though a few more seasons without breaking we might get there in about 10 years!! Lol and would love to ride at the foxhunters and chelt and aintre or just to ride at a proper race track
