Vet physio for me too. A friend of mine is just finishing her qualification, it seems very rigorous, scientific and evidence based and I would trust her 100%.
Probably physio - although having said that, my vet reccomended McT for my horse and she has worked wonders. A friend of mine has just completed a MSc in McT and there is certainly more and more science supporting the work of McT, I was pleasantly suprised.
well, i really rate McT, but that's purely from a patient and rider's viewpoint. it has made huge differences to my comfort (esp in totally eradicating my then-chronic sciatica).
however, i was trying to get an equine physio and couldn't get hold of 1 at all, and had no problems getting a McTimoney Chiro (1st of which did a not-great job, 2nd does a brilliant job), so perhaps that might be indicative of their popularity etc...
