Just wondering (from a prospective buyer and seller) where would you look if you were looking for a horse?

Just wondering which sites etc. to put our pony on :) (advertising isnt cheap!)

Depends what I was selling.

Cheapies I put in the local ad trader etc and on horsemart.

Pony club all rounder safe types Pony Club website and horseselect.
 
When I was looking, I looked on all the sites that I could find! So I don't think it really matters! Maybe one well-known, more expensive site and all the free ones! I got H through Horsemart - which I must admit I found the best.
 
I'd look in the horse mart or horse and hound, however I normally go to a dealers as I can try a few at the same time. Nearly all my horses have come through dealers yards with exception of my TB who came from her breeder.
 
I look in my H&H every week to see what's for sale. Just because I am nosey!

Also check out coloured connections, Horsemart, adhorse from time to time.

Discovered Hoofon the other day - think it's a sort of search engine it gives you results from loads of other sites - seemed to be quite good as it saves you the bother of going to all of them.

If I was really looking to buy I would look everywhere I could think of and anything that that came up in a general google search and also all the local RC club sites.
