Ifor 510 classic

Hi all

Does anyone know if there were any issues with the 2008 510 classic? Or what the difference in spec was for a classic? I do wish ifor would keep a spreadsheet of all their models!

I have a silver one. Had it from new. I think it's 15 years old now. Never had any issues with it. I think the differences in spec are the windows in the front doors, the jockey door locks and it has silver hub caps. So not much difference from the normal one but the first 2 are handy and it just looks a bit smarter.

The best horse trailer that IW made, until the new HBX range was launched last year . I still have my 2006 510 classic, owned from new.

ETA They hold their value well. I was offered £2k for mine as a trade in by the supplying main dealer last year.

I bought my 505 Classic new in 2006 and it was a great trailer, found the windows and jockey door handle and lock excellent additions. I sold it last year for £2400 due to health reasons stopping me getting out and about and regret it.

They do hold their value. For a smart one, you'll probably pay £2800.

I’d be expecting £2800 if selling mine privately. It has been well looked after from new, has 5 new tyres and a recent main dealer service, it’s a good one.

sounds like a bargain to me! I’m looking at 2004/5 ifor 505s and they’re going for £2.5k!!x
