Ifor Williams Eventa v Equitrek space treka

Hi ,
does anyone have an y experience of these 2 trailers?
was interested in getting one as want more space than I have in a simple 2 horse trailer and don't want a small lorry....

Having seen both in the flesh the Eventa was much sturdier and had more living space. I don't have any real experience of either though, only that my Ifor Williams 505 is 10+ years old and we've never had issue with it in that time, whereas friends with Equi-Treks have had all sorts of build related problems.

I would love the Eventa - it was gorgeous!

My friend has a spacetreka....to be honest this is nothing more than a trailer with a little extra storage space at the front

I was looking into the Eventa myself and it is basically a lorry in trailer form ie. quite a substantial living space. However, I do recall that there are only 2 in the country (assuming you are in the UK) and there is a very long waiting list (6 months) to get one...we really liked it but didn't want to wait

If your looking for something a bit more like a lorry can I suggest you look at the Equitrek Showtreka as this has a small but functional overnight living.

Check the weights - a friend was looking and I seem to recall the IW was significantly heavier than the space/show trekka, more like my older equitrek 5 star. She's gone for the space trekka and is pleased so far, I love my 5 star!
