Ifor Williams parts

Are there any cheaper ways to get Ifor Williams parts (or compatible) other than the distributors? just had a quote for some bits and pieces and some of the prices seem extortinate eg £10 for light lenses and I need 6 and £180 for a side panel. Ideas welcome.

Is there a trailer scrapyard anywhere?

Where about are you based and what model of trailer is it? I'm hoping to view one this week that has been damaged on one side due to the horse trashing about inside (not good!) unfortunately until I view it I have no idea on the model, colour or which side is damaged. I'd be willing to sell for next to nothing tho as I only want the hubs and braking system off it!

Might also be worth phoning a few dealers and seeing if any difference in their prices.
