Does anyone know much about this? Can the horse go on to work normally after it's box rest etc?

We have a horse on the yard that did the same thing 3 years ago, he is fine and works as normal, without any probLem but I guess it depends on the level of work you were thinking of

Nothing too heavy- local level dressage, pop the odd jump and a bit of hacking?
