I have been off college for 2 weeks on easter.
I have been back college since monday and yesterday and today i have two really rough days in the forge.
We had to make a pair of tongs and I hadn't got the power or the stamina to draw out the bars. I lost my rag too much and I couldn't control it and to top it all off.. Today I decided to swing completly off the handle and burst into tears!

Its killing me. I'm tired, stressed, Missing Ted summit rotton and hormonal and I'm not a very nice person to be around at the minute and I can't seem to shake it.

Do you think I should go and see a councillor or summit?

Have a relaxing evening or go and have a laugh with your friends, but don't get wasted that won't help

Suggest taking a deep breath, time out if you can. Like the others say wind down time with relaxing music/hot bath.
Write any commitments/concerns down on a piece of paper and alongside write down how you can prioritise things and minimise stress to yourself. It is helpful to get your stressors out onto paper where you can try to contain them.
Take it as easy as you can.
