I'm a big softy

This my 4 month old foal(well technically a yearling), and it's been very very wet on Dartmoor so I decided to put a rug on her, all 4' 3' of it, the Scottish purists will be horrified, but I don't care, she is very young, and it's only a light weight rug.The white spots, are raindrops on the lens.

Aaah, she looks gorgeous! I don't think that you are a softy at all, I think that foals are much better at coping with cold than with wet - I know that our chap got quite soaked when he was about 3 months old, and was very shivery, so we put a rug on him whenever it looked like heavy rain after that!
