Well we've got pony on the Market, ive lowered her price considerably and now someone is coming to try her tomorrow, they sound lovely :) I'm just a little sad as I will be hanging up the reins and gonna miss it like mad ... I have to sell her as I can't afford £500 a month.. So I have no choice.. I don't think my OH really understands how important horses are to me.. I know you guys do...

Sorry bit of a pointless post bug just needed to tell someone,.. I'm sat crying as I type this cos it hurts so much... :(

I'm so sorry to hear that. I can definitely understand exactly how you feel. It's heartbreaking. I hope your OH will try to understand how much you're giving up.

I take it you've already thought about and discarded the options of loaning and or sharing?

Selling is rubbish isn't it :( I'm selling my 4 year old at the moment who just hasn't grown big enough for me, it's the first horse I've ever sold!

I had to sell my horse for financial reasons when pregnant, even though I kept my pony it still hurt so I do know how it feels. I take it cheap grass diy & a sharer or full loan aren't options?

Well by the time I pay full livery, insurance, farrier n vets etc it's about £500 a month... It will be nice to have some spare cash, just don't know what I'm gonna do with all this spare time...

If your near glasgow (canr see where ue from sorry) feel free to come and play about with my mare anytime :-) she needs it and im too scared to advertise for a sharer

I'm in north lincs but thank you :) however we are looking at moving soon as OH has been offered a job on Kilmarnock.. So who knows where we will be living ..
