someone just made this comment about one of my xc photos on fb

"lol, is that the highest you can jump?plus your horses tail seems to be pointing in the wrong direction, not really show quality, is it? oh dear, was it born like that?"

oh f*ck up
i have battled with that horse for 2 years, that was my first xc attempt and she has dumped me many times and nearly killed me... so you can just f8ck right off
and oh yea, she has bloodlines to be a show horse; i just dont like showing... but her half brother was RIHS champion yea ok?

oh im livid, and upset
because i was so pleased with her...

now i feel like i cant do anything :S

Delete the comment and move on,post the pic on here and im sure people will put your mind at ease.

people like that are truly pathetic and you shouldn't let them get to you. It sounds like you have done a lot to be proud of with her. Don't let them get to you - after all, who are they to criticise you?!
 
Unfortunately some people seem to get a kick out of being spiteful, usually they are very jealous!

Don't let it upset you hun, and let us see the photos, I'll bet they are lovely, and certainly don't deserve those comments!

They're probably doing half of what you and Wilma are doing anyway.

It's not about competition, you just enjoy your mare, enjoy riding, do what you want to do, that's all that matters

It is very spiteful but you can make your pics so only your friends can see them and then hopefully they won't be so cruel.
 
There will always be people that want to piss on your parade. Always be proud of what you can do and know that you are doing the best you can with that horse.

I think you should ignore her! Next time she asks for advice on her "in foal mare" tell her that as she knows everything perhaps she could sort it out herself!!

haha i didnt know what i was doing until i got her :L
shes taught me so much
and because of that im allowed to bring on the youngster at the yard...
because im obvs a crap rider
and the YO said if i talk to him in a few years time i may have an offer of a yard managerial role :L
 
one of my best friends from the riding club said

"oh what a d*ck i think you should punch her, i will comment on that photo, you should of left the comment... shes a cow and doesnt know what youve been through"
 
Don't let a spineless, jealous, small minded pathetic person bother you for a moment longer. You know the truth and that's what counts. Anyone can be nasty, twisted and evil behind a computer screen, oh so brave with a keyboard in front of them. But I bet they would sh*t themselves actually being out there riding or jumping.
 
You mustn't let comments like that get to you. Only a sad, bitter, jealous b*tch would say something so gratuitously unkind. I don't think they even deserve a reply. Ignore them and let them stew in their own venom

I've found the best way to deal with nasty people like that is to be confident in myself despite their pathetic comments and be happy
