I'm a huge disappointment to you all (Milton Keynes BE100+ report)...

You galloped past me as I was walking the last few fences up the hill on the very lovely jup!!! He looked like he was having fun!!!

That final line in the Sj caught me out as pingy pops decided to jump the pink filler so big that I yanked her in the teeth and nearly lost my reins, she kept jumping the double but didn't fancy the last can't say I blame her lol!!!

Well done x

Well done glad the boot camp did its job :D Can the prize be tranferred to another horse? Actually sounds a great prize! Where next? Are you doing anything at Houghton would love to see the boys in action?!

I'm sure it can be transferred, S_J, and I was thinking of borrowing HumungaHorse but as my OH couldn't hold him when he took him out with the bloodhounds, I doubt I'd stand a chance.

We're at Keysoe next. Will be at Houghton on the Friday for their Eventers Grand Prix hopefully, I've just got to try and make sure my date for having the Herceptin (nice chemo :)) doesn't clash with it.

Whey-hey 2 DC's and a 4th well done to you and the Cheecky Boys:)

Shame about the mix up with Cal's stressage mark.

Hope Jup's enjoys his prize:D

Made a cuppa to sit down and read this with so disappointed not to have some Baydale vids to watch:( Never mind have discovered the joys of Crabbies Ginger Beer thanks to your recommendation:), will cheer myself up with a bottle later:)

I told you I was going to be a disappointment, although I'm sure you can forgive me for introducing you to Crabbies Ginger Beer. :p

I have a feeling Jup may enjoy his prize much more than his jockey, although maybe not if Baggybreeches has the brave pants that I think she does. ;)

I had a feeling they would both go well but didn't like to say anything as I didn't want you to crumble under the pressure ;)

Excellent days work. Those dressage arenas at MK aren't the easiest for an unbalanced little soul, especially when they put you next to a steeplechase fence as well  but 2 DC's are certainly something to be very pleased with :D

Now man-up woman and get Jup booked in for his day's hunting :p

I'll take the melon please - my body is a temple and I've just been out for a run (nothing at all to do with catching sight of my bum in the M&S changing room mirror yesterday......:o)

I need the pressure to spur me on (can you tell I've been reading "Bounce"?) so feel free to pile it on next time you have a feeling in your bones. :D

I'm doing well with farming my reprobates out for some hunting education: F is positively excited about taking Cal.

Sorry, the melon has gone but if you hang on till later you can have pineapple and/or blueberries (I'm lovin' Tesco home deliveries :D). Good effort on the running but it would be easier to just squint when you're looking in the mirror. :p

What good boys they were they will now have to be known as the clever boys (well for this week anyway)

I'll leave the tea thanks, can't stant it!

The Clever Boys? Hmmm, not sure it has the same ring to it. :p

I'll try and behave at Keysoe but have got all three there so please be nice when I'm doing my headless chicken impression.

Another great chapter in the Cheeky Boys story. Well done Jup this time, and two DCs definitely worth a pat on the back. Yes please for the tea and any fruit you can send my way!

Isn't that ALWAYS the case!

I have to say my riding definitely suffers in direct proportion to the amount of people watching, though I am slowly getting over myself haha. Can't wait to see the pics, and will tell the "scottish cheeky boys" (the two 4yo racehorses to be I ride) to buck up their ideas and become slightly less cheeky like their southern counterparts!

Yep, but tbh I'm sure it wasn't that much better -however I do like to watch the vid, beat myself up, resolve to do better next time etc.

Sounds like the old you is reasserting herself (terrible sentence, but you know what I mean). Very well done - you must/should be very pleased with yourself and the boys :).

It's ok, T, I got your drift. :D And yes, it feels that way; I was beginning to think that I'd lost the plot. :( I was so excited to feel "normal" again.

Did the ground shake? ;) We were both having fun, usually it's just Jup having his idea of fun and I'm not.

The sj was a bit of an eyeful, wasn't it?

I love your description of containing Jup's 'inner comedian' - hillarious!! Well done on both of them and great reports! The DR score revision would have been a disappointment, but hey ho double clear is not to be sniffed at! (I once went from first with 64% to last with 46% because of slight dyslexia on the score board!)

*munches noisily, but tries not to get caramel crumbs anywhere (it would be a sad waste :rolleyes::D)*

Yay for result and brill report, even sans pictures :D :D

Thanks, MrsM, the pictures will appear eventually and you'll probably be disappointed by them....hence the offer of Caramel biscuits, to soften the blow. ;)

Thanks, Booboos. You need to have met Jup as, even though I'm prone to exaggeration:p, he truly is the biggest joker I've ever come across.

And when have I ever not been nice? In fact, tell you what I'll bring a lumph on the lorry and you can borrow him for the stressage. If you leave him in the sun for long enough he may bleach to look like Cal. He is working on the roundness now they are on summer grazing at last.

I love how you make your reports so interesting with just smilies and words, were you a journo in a former life. Very well done on the placing, I heard the ground was good as a friend was there too :)

You're always nice, Hector told me so. :p I'd love to borrow him as a Cal dressage sub. :)

Thanks, nickirhia99, but I had to amend it after HHO told me 31 emoticons was one too many. :o :D

You are a total disappointment. What were you thinking posting about your boys without photos? *shakes head in despair*

Suppose I could say well done... :D
