I was finishing a couple of chores at the yard this evening and as I was walking near my tackroom I slipped slightly but regained by balance... I just thought I'd better be more careful next time I walked there... I was carrying a full bucket of water and I was walking over the part where I had slipped slightly beforehand, and I fell smack bang on my arse on the concrete

The bucket of water flew away, covering my face in water in the process

I hurt my back a bit though, and I have a feeling my right arm and leg are going to be bruised tomorrow

Ali's plaits are also a bit wonky for tomorrow as well as my arm was so sore

PMSL! Sorry I know that isn't helping but I nearly did the same thing myself on 2 seperate occaisions tonight! Hope you are all tucked up in the warm now - have a large glass of wine!

Ouch! Poor you, and I guess you have a busy day tomorrow if you were plaiting up! Take wine tonight and pain killers tomorrow.... and smile through it all!

I have a tub of Ben & Jerry's cookie dough though which I'm digging into now

Now this may sound a bit daft given the situ but might be a good idea to apply ice packs/peas tonight and will be better in the morning. Also take some ibuprofen, will limit swelling.

Ha I slipped on the ramp to the muck truck this morning and put both my hands down in cow s*it!!!! ( ramp leads to cow shed too ) It was disgusting!!
