I took my yearling to his first ever show today and he was an absolute star! He was bathed, plaited and trimmed. Travelled alone for the first time and dealt with a really busy show with hardly any problems. I'm so proud! He was a little bit shell shocked to begin with but he was a real dude and handled the whole experience really well. We didn't win any prizes but the experience was a positive one for his young mind so I'm chuffed to bits with that! He was the only yearling in the class and was better behaved than some 3yr olds - and he's still a colt! I will post some piccies later once I get them on to the computer. x
