i bought a body protector but it was too big and i have put it on ebay, it has 2hrs to go but its at a fraction of the price i paid for it. thaught it would do well on there

You may find that it will be in the last half an hour that you will get more bids if people are interested in it so it may still do well

I think I need to delete my ebay account I buy from there a little bit too much!
 
I'm afraid I wouldn't buy a BP on ebay, as you don't really know whether it's been worn/damaged or not. For instance mine has been worn about 10 times, never fallen off on, but I'd still not expect anyone to buy it from me!
 
Funnily enough I've always found the opposite, things go for a better price if you start thing off at 99p. Sort of gets lots of watchers and so a bit of a bidding war starts. I've even put things like new sheepskin numnahs on with a start of 99p and they've achieved good money. The only time I started one at £49 (for a product that retails for £98) it didn't get a single bid.
