Only doing in hand showing with Reuben at the moment as he is in the process of being backed. I am totally confused when it comes to M&M rules and whether I can enter him or not.
He is half new forest and half section A, he is registered with the welsh pony society but new forest wouldn't register him as he is palamino. So. what can I enter him in? If a class says m&m small breed registered only, then theoretically he can enter? but is he disqualified because he is part bred? can I enter him in an m&m class at all if he is part bred? And if the classes are unregistered then theoretically i can enter him in small breed m&m AND large breed m&m, assuming part breds are allowed. So what do I do as none of these local shows seen to specify any kind of rules with regards to this and I don't know if i'm excluded from all of it or if we can enter the lot!!! Hope you made sense of all that?

Right u cant enter small and large classes.
There are part bred classes that you can enter, And tbh local shows arent really that particular but it would be frowned on to enter small and large. I would go on height with that one. Registered classes are normally for full bred horses not PB

As Dianchi says you can't enter M&M classes as he is a part bred, you can enter part bredd classes but he then needs to have mane and tailed pulled and plaited and turned out like a show pony, as he is palomino you could enter palomino classes (needs to be unplaited for that)

If you go to local shows they usually do youngstock classes or competion pony or even ring experience just to get him out and about if hes not got to much bone you could enter him into a hunter pony classes but you have to plait with a plain browband.
