I'm feeling a bit thick - can somebody translate weights for me please

I'm looking ahead to winter and plan to add linseed and vit E to pony's diet. The only trouble is the vit E says 2000 iu per day, sorry but what does that mean? I can just about get my head around mg so can somebody please translate that to mg for me?

2000Iu = 50micrograms.
