on boxing day for the first time in ages. My new BF has invited me. He hunts a pack of hounds near where I live and he's arranging a horse for me and everything.

Where is everyone else hunting?

Have fun. I haven't been out (except on foot) since I worked for The Blackmoor Vale, about 9 years ago.

Might go and foot follow the Surrey Union on boxing day, haven't got the nerve to take my girl, although I'm sure she would love it.

Ah, your brave choosing boxing day as your first meet in ages!!! I am going out with Rockwood Harriers, so here is hoping this fog lifts a little more.

One of mine is going out with the Heythrop, not with me on board cos my back wouldn't stand it..I just get to clean tack, tart up horse and drive them there **sigh**

I am taking my lovely ex racehorse out with the Holcombe Harriers as I have been invited by my fab coach, since having had my nicked i havent been anywhere! I am hoping he is gonna behave or it might be a short day! Have a great day! :grin: :grin: :grin:

has anyone seen the news on the boxing day hunt! all the protestors! ive never seen anything like that i also didnt realise theyre are so many followers.

I went out with the Quorn, was a very well attended and supported both mounted and foot followers.

We had a lovely fast day with plenty of jumping.
