I'm looking for livery in warwickshire!?

Does anyone know of any decent livery yards in warks, I've been to see a few now and they are either shockingly bad or very expensive.... or both! My horse has just started jumping BSJA and will be going to Sollihull and Weston Lawns so I need a school I can jump in. I live in Kenilworth so nothing too far away please. There must be something out there- I thought this was horsey central!? I want DIY but with morning turnout. Please private msg me with suggestions. Many thanks!

I'm also looking around the same area, as I'm in Leamington Spa. DIY with morning turnout is a must, along with a decent arena. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I would consider a riding college on working livery in the right circumstances.
