I'm new to showing - Help ?

Hi guys ,

I've got myself a nice wee coloured he needs a lot of work but I want to get him out ASAP , not to necessarily win but just too get him experience !
He's 14.2 approx piebald gelding 5 years old !

What do I wear ?
What does he wear ?

Any info you guys could give me would be great !

Just do 'fun' classes like best turned out in hand and ridden, best ridden, family pony, the things that are usually early classes when its not crazy busy.

What is he, hairy cobby or clean legged show type?

Why not try some in hand coloured classes first, or veteran classes if he's over 15. And take your tack and just ride around at the show to get him used to the atmosphere and working on grass.x
