My mare is still baffling the vets and farrier as to why she is lame. She has had lami, but now there are no pulses or heat but she's still foot sore.

Check out that medio-lateral imbalance in the right fore - is that the one she's lame on? Look at the hairline at the coronet; it should be straight, but you can see it deviating upwards laterally.
 
Looking at the hairline from the front and at the back view, there is some severe imbalance medio-laterally in those feet. If she is "lame" that may come right as she works without shoes, walking in hand to start with if necessary. If she is footsore, then your new mineral balancing should help a lot. They look pretty flat to me and I would expect a big increase in concavity.
