(well sort of hes a loan horse really !!)
of a 16.1hh gelderlander with a 19hh head wow what a head carriage so high !!!
so i got him out of his stable and tied him up then groomed him etc (still getting over the fact that his head was so high) !!
pick out his feet etc he was as good as gold,the kids were stood next to him thier dogs where running under him and he didnt flinch !!!
she brought his tack out,but i couldnt get his bridle on as i physically couldnt reach !!!! lol she said they like little people as they like to laugh at the fact they cant reach and keep their heads up !!!!!!
anyway got on him and wow how great i had this lovely neck and head in front of me to hold on to his ears are in line with my head i look through his ears he holds himself so high !!!!
went out in to the woods with her 2 dogs alongside me he was as good as gold,massive comfy stride.
came back and took him in field for a trot and canter and again so comfy !!!
he is 21 and has been a driving horse so very strong,hes the wheeler and goes single,pairs and 4 in hand they want him to have a quieter life now hacking and local shows.
hes also famous and been in 3 films,sorry i could talk all day about him he was so good and stood there with no headcoller,i said god wont he run off she said no if he moves just say stand and he does !!!!!
he is use to shows etc all over the country and has been doing it all his life so is very well behaved all beit a bit of a grumpy old man but a lovely temperament !!!
