In dealing with rescue...... the people we deal with rarely cease to amaze me

BUT today topped it.......
I was asked today "as if this was an ingenious idea" why we don't "breed from the pedigree dogs we get in the rescue or x some of the what is deamed as desirable designer breeds" like the little black poodle bitch we have to the cavi dog we have

to raise the funds to keep the other rescue dogs and rescue more "[****] why didn't I think of that"

Can u check the average prices for me...so I ca atleast count the £££££ and see how many dogs I can rescue with the dosh..........I will of course say they are non shedding, they will look cute no one will care about that until they are about a year and not puppy like, I will have made my wonga and will have other litters on the go by then so could not possibly take any back..... so thats that bit covered abd any complications can be sorted free by a colleague......so im literally in the profit here.............im getting more excited by the minute

I think it's abrilliant idea! That way you never lose touch with the pups as you can sell them to these dipsticks and you get to have them all back in 6 months when the novelty wears off

Yay you are getting the idea Cayla. Was a bit worried when you were talking about mating two whippets there, thats not right at all. Got to be two different breeds, but don't call the resulting pups cross breeds, they are a designer breed and you have to give them a really fancy, preferably a bit twee, name. Hope with everyones tips on here you are soon raking in the pounds.
On a serious note, I would have loved to have seen their faces when you advised them why that would not be a good idea.

I groomed a little yorki the other week and it was heaving like mad throughout and was about 10, obs had bad breathing/poss heart problems, jsut found out last week the fella who owns it put it to a friggin jrt

The only reason I know is that his neice told me as she went mad with him for it.

Can these thickies find nothing more worth while to do than breed stupid little made up named friggin pooches with no doubt all the health problems under the sun..........like find ajob, knit, volunteer in rescues, do college course, collect pound puppies(if they stillmake them

Well now u meantion it, I did go into one along the lines of so we should be more like the moronic aresholes that bred these untested x breeds and give retarded names out with them so we can help multiply more and more and more and more, for us to have to have to make space to take in more and more and more and more.

Now Im thinking of it I may start my own staffy or "staffy x anything" breeding scheme..they will sell, they look cute as puppies "they wont end up back in our rescue as we don't take many, as we cannot seem to rehome them "so why should I give 2 shits"
