This is unaffiliated?
I jumped at Cricklands about 3 years ago when I was 14, and if it's unaffiliated, the courses won't be any harder than at normal unaffiliated shows.
If you're stabling your horse there, it's a lot less stressful than normal shows, because your horse is already on site!

We were camping though, because we didn't have a horsebox, and it is the Muddiest Place On Earth. However the riding facilities are very good, and no the courses aren't really hard. What level do you normally compete at?

Well, 4'6" is bloody good going then! So you know your horse can jump the height, you don't need to worry about that. If you're really still nervous, then practice loads at related distances, doubles, triples etc and when you're managing these on the right striding, you'll be fine. Make sure you walk the course really well on the day, and take into account distances etc, and aim to go clear, don't let the nerves make you ride your horse differently to how you normally would.

You'll be fine :D I thought the courses were really good, actually, easy enough for someone less experienced to get round, and tricky enough that the jump off is veerryy competative :) mind you, I've not been for a good few years :p

Hope this helps, good luck xxxx
