Im Relocating - Anyone from Somerset?!!!

Hi All

Im moving to Somerset in December and being from Hampshire I dont know the area very well at all! Moving to Chaffcombe near Chard. Can anyone advise me of good livery yards (temporary until stables are built) and a good remedial farrier? Any info about anything that would be of use to me would be great!

Hey, I'm from Somerset [waves]

Although I grew up here, I only moved back 6 months ago. I keep my horse in the Wellington area which isn't a million miles from Chard if you go over the hills.

I've found the move really easy but only because I moved to a great yard where everyone is keen to help. I didn't have much luck getting information any other way than word of mouth... the internet hasn't reached Somerset farriers yet lol.
