Well hopefully (as long as pony doesnt have other ideas!) i am going to do the tri-zone training class at stafford in july!
I know some people think the classes are a bit pointless, but my horse isnt that comfortable jumping a SJ course over 80cm (yet!) so i cant wait!
It will also give me a chance to compare it to an intro class, and see if i think were up to it!
I really cant wait july to arrive now, and will be tightly crossing everything that pony stays sound and healthy!

Im ridiculously excited! Its ages away yet, but the way the boy has been jumping today i feel like he would fly intro! Although get him in a ring (with people watching!) and he pretends he has never seen fence that big before!
The only hope im clinging to is there is a bit more room in eventing SJ so it gives him more time to collect his thought in between fences!
I dont worry about the dressage, were so bad we cant get any worse, but i really want to have a go!

If we get there you wont miss us, well be the fat coloured leaving the dressage ring and knocking everything down!!

oh good luck, hope you get there. would love to be there to but just cant make that weekend.

hope there will be some more northern venues added

Woo have fun!
I did two training classes last year and they were fab, the showjumps were about 2ft3 when they were meant to be 2ft7, but I didn't mind

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Also it's not too competitive, I got placed in both with a rubbish dressage score and loads of xc time penalties.

That was the best it was ever going! Although to be fair to the ponio hes going ell at the mo! I took loads of peoples advice in here and hes now much happiers in a loose cavasson and a hanging fench link snaffle, for everything, i just dont have a huge amount of brakes!!
Just have to keep everything crossed the grounds not too hard, he stays sound and i dont forget to enter!!

Lol, it's more the hangover that'll be the problem! They haven't announced the other 2 training events yet though (have they?) so will hold out a little hope that one is another Scottish as Scotsburn is a bit of a trek!

Thats true!

A success never to be repeated methinks!
That was the only dressage test ive come out grinning from ear to ear!
Just re read my posts and realised how bad the spelling is!
Good luck at PN, godders will ace it! Mabye it will be a day for cow ponies!
