I'm so sorry i let you down Peggy....

I'm sorry OP that you're going through this. You must feel so helpless.

Can I reassure you about Potters? Although it is not your choice to send her there, and I can understand you not wanting her to go there, I don't think Potters are as bad as you might think. They at least respect the animals who go through their doors.

Thinking of you.

This is one of the saddest things i've ever read, another one who's in tears. You have not let Peggy down at all, she will know you love her and have tried your best for her. I'm also your age and i couldn't imagine being in your situation, be brave and know that whatever happens, letting Peggy go and be free from pain is the best thing you can do in such an awful situation. :(
Dont even get me started on your dad...

Hugs to you and Peggy xx

havent read all of this but if you call the hunt (I guess your instructor would be able to help you here as you said she has family connections) they will come to the yard and do it, or do it at their place which I am sure will be much nicer for you and her and don't charge too much. They will be very good with her and if you ask them, I'm sure they will give her a nice juicy carrot from you and it will be very quick and painless.
xx

you are not letting her down hun.

I really don't want to get your hopes up but what part of the country are you in? Someone may think of something if they know where she is, or a HHO may be able to come with you as you say your folks aren't horsey so won't get it.

Didn't want to read this and stay silent - what an awful position for you to be in. You have loved Peggy for the time you've had her and tried your best for her - DO NOT be so harsh on yourself!
She will wait by the rainbow bridge for you as you are deserving of that and dont let anyone (not even yourself) tell you otherwise.

Is there absolutely no way your dad will let her be PTS at home? Will be thinking of you OP xx

RIP in my pretty Peggy this is how i'll remember you...

RIP Peggy x OP Hugs {{}} but please don't believe you let your pony down in any way. You loved her unconditionally which she will have known. If she struggled to walk then she would have had pain and to end that pain is the kindest (and I know at the moment hardest) thing you have to do. I have said goodbye to 2 of mine... it is never easy. Some ponies can only dream of being loved like Peggy. She knew that love xxx

RIP peggy, Hugs OP, trust in the knowlege that you have NOT let her down she came to you when she needed you and now you are sending her to the best place with no pain and suffering. She will know how much you loved and cared for her and will wait to see you again at the rainbow bridge

Can't see the photo but just wanted to say, you're extremely brave, OP and we all respect you here. None of this was your fault and you shouldn't feel bad. RIP Peggy xxxx
