I've just got my own yard (well rented) - but its mine ALL mine!!!!!

No more livery rules and regulations, no more trying to school around 3 people lungeing; no more aggro over who's going to be turned out with who; no more worrying about what mood the YO will be in..."hey, that will be me!!!!

Ooooooh its fab <grins again>

4 stables and tackroom (and a proper loo!!!) 4 paddocks over 5ish acres. 20x40 sand and rubber school. Lovely spot with plenty of space to get around and only a mile from loads of forest hacking.

I think I'm going to explode!!!!
