Why?? Don't really understand the attraction of watching that. Two animals who are obviously not happy with the arrangement makes good entertainment? Just weird.
 
That is vile and disturbing frankly, how sad that humans do this to beautiful animals, there is just no place for that rubbish, they are not toys for us to play with and make perform tricks, there can be no way that the training involved was kind and gentle to the animals, no doubt they were forced and scared into performing, disgusting
 
I was watching a playlist of 'amazing horse videos' and with the usually blue hors matine performance and various stunt horses when this came on.

When i visited the zoo last week i read that adult tigers can weigh around 400kg+ and that horse doesn't look big ):
