Is it just me or are BSJ and the FEI taking the mick?
I sent my paperwork to BSJ in January to register me and my horse - I finally got our membership cards through in March but his passport had not been returned. My horse had been graded as grade A
eek because he was imported and they needed confirmation of winnings from the FEI UAE branch.
At first when I phoned them (in march after membership cards arrived), they weren't sure what had happened to his passport. Finally, they found it - it was in the FEI basket because they were still waiting to hear back.
It's now the end of April and I've just received a letter telling me that I owe them £90 - I was told to leave it until the whole winnings issue had been sorted.
I emailed about winnings last month and didn't receive a reply then and my passport was sent back without having ownership details updated
Im just off the phone with them again - they didn't even give me the chance to explain why I was phoning before fobbing me off to the office, which "would probably be closed"..
The FEI still hasn't confirmed winnings - I checked their website and it says the enquiry is still in progress.
I give up - if this isn't a hint to start doing BD, then I don't know what is
