I'm suffering.........

From yet another cold. This is my second cold in the last month and i'm so fed up with it. I hate not being able to breath

I know i have bought this Vicks inhaler and have been sticking that up my nose all day - not really doing much good though - damn it

Me too, that why im online! im supoosed to be at work but feel so damn rough i could not face all those meetings with clients! apparently i have sinusitis. Yuck. Hope you feel better...can make you a cuppa if it helps

i'm ill too!!!!!and i couldnt sleep the last time i had a cold so at 11.30pm popped over to tescos and brought one of those things u stick up ur nose, they are ok but only last a few seconds ur nose feels all stuffed up again!!!! sorry for random bit of info

I hate not being ablt to breathe through my nose and then i snore at night and my OH goes ballistic because he can't sleep lol.

I had sinisitus about 2 years ago i had it so bad i couldn't breath through either nostrils and it went aroun d my eyes and ears and was horrible it took 3 months for that to clear up properly - it was nasty

Hope you get better soon too.

I think i am allergic to the inhaler thingy that goes up your nose because every time i stick it up there i have a sneezing fit - i just want to be better.

Maybe a boost of vitamin c might help....... crossing fingers hehe x
