He's been too good and I think he's planning something. ;):p:eek:

Absolutely lovely. He really is just my type. Think you should send him my way while he's still behaving so you can finish on a good note!

Only the op can answer why he's wearing a rug but I'd hazard a guess that the weather required it? Hard for us to guess the weather from a pic, so I'd guess the op is best to decide if it is or isn't needed all by herself.

He's very cute! but...why on earth is he wearing a rug?!!

There's always one that likes to spoil the party, isn't there?!!

Since you ask so nicely, I shall tell you. As Aus says he is fully clipped, and has been very well rugged in a sheltered yard. We live on the side of a hill, it was windy and drizzling when I put him out. The sun came out, so I went outside to take his light weight rug off. If you saw my other field, you would see that my two ponies are rugless, despite one of them being part clipped. I rug for both the horse and the occasion and as they are at home it is easy to change as and when I want to.

Thanks everyone else. :)

Sorry for butting in, but I knew you were on the school run!
You shouldn't have to justify how you keep your horses anyway - it's pretty obvious they have a very nice, comfortable life!

Unlike auslander, I didn't have a clue where you were lol, I just didn't think it was on to p**s on your parade. He really is so handsome.

How chilled is he!! I'm jealous, had my new boy for a week and he's still very much got his eyes on stalks :p

I agree with FG and think you are very very cruel.....better send him to live with me ;)

(Joking about the rug in case that doesn't come across on the internet!)

He's lovely (despite the lack of legs :p)

Handsome boy - i just love his nose. he looks and sounds like a v good find!

P.s hope you can reattach the legs without too many problems!

I'm worried about your new horse, from the look of contentment on his face, his smart new rug and the beautiful location he lives at, I think he is in grave danger of living the dream and becoming very spoilt indeed:D

Thanks again everyone - when I was asked for photos when I had agreed to buy him, but didn't have any, I said there would be plenty!!

I have been through all that several times, so am very appreciative of this experience so far! :)

I've just had a really good idea! If all goes well on Friday, we can do matchy matchy pairs dressage!!

Cameo will need stilts!! :p:eek:

Very nice :D that face says butter wouldnt melt!
X

That's what everyone says about my Section A. I know better.

Well, I have been aiming for the state of 'living the dream' for the last 30 odd years, and he is the final piece in the puzzle. :) (Oh, a school would be nice, but there is always something else, isn't there? ;))
