immune system building and feeding

Hi all

My mare has a very poor immune system she has sarcoids sweet itch and is allergic to injections in her neck so i want to help build up her immune system. She is a very good doer and is 17 cbx she always looks healthy and her coat shines but i just want to help her with something to boast her, i am also considering feeding her on go-doer or sixteen plus I havnt decided yet, at the moment she is out 24/7 and is only fed a vit/min lick the grass isnt really lush but theres enough to go round and she always has enough energy when ridden . I have tried global herbs sarc ex as that is meant to build the immune system but it didnt help thanks x

If she is getting a good, balanced diet I am afraid that there aren't any supplement that can help.

I just looked at global herbs sarc ex - if they were advertising it for people it would be an offense under the cancer act. I'm just horrified. They are ripping off people who desperately want a cure for an incurable condition in their horse.

I totally disagree that there is nothing you can do to help her!

I swear by NAF D-tox. It is brilliant stuff and it certainly saved the life of a very sick horse with an immune problem.

I have used it for all sorts of things and not just horses. I take it myself it I have a cold coming and it kicks a cold into touch.
