Hi and welcome.
Best put this query in the tack room or club house. I would phone transporters to get quotes, then ask for recommendations on here of who to use.

It depends entirely on where in the EU the horse is and where in the UK you are. Ive just recently brought my three home from Scandinavia to the UK and there were a lot of hidden costs to do with the countries own rules too.

You need to get in touch with a transporter and get a quote from them, they know how it works in every country too, they’ll be able to give you a rough estimate and then you can find out from whoever has the horse about additional costs. It’s far from easy in some countries and if the horse isn’t stud book registered then it can make it a lot harder and blood tests etc are required.

Mine travelled out and back with John Parkers and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a long distance, they’re amazing.

I was quoted 1,500 euros from northern France to southern shore of UK, plus extra if you want them to transport within uk to your final destination. That was a producer who does it a lot & you have to wait, sometimes several weeks, until he has a "batch" coming.

Going the other way, my friend has been quoted £1500, but this is the transport only, and is for door to door. There are other costs to add to that so it's likely to get to about £2300-500.
