Impressed with Petplan

Just got my renewal through, only £550. That's with having had 3 claims this year, and Elvis is insured for quite a few activities. They have also said they will remove 2 of the exclusions once Elvis has been 12 months since them with no problems, only need a vet report and a blood test.

They've always paid promptly for each of the claims and have been very pleasant to deal with.

So thumbs up for Petplan!

Yep agree petplan have always fantastic with renewals and claims. They've always paid out promptly and I've never had any problems with them. They're usually bit more expensive bit you get what you pay for.

Well I'm very glad they have 2 happy customers out there. My experience with them was less than satisfactory to say the least. However, it wasn't medical, it was to do with stolen tack. Never again for me I'm afraid.
