OK so this is a thread for geeks...OH is rather addicted to computer games and I tend to join him every so often to keep him company. He is currently playing Two Worlds II, which has the most impressive horse I have ever seen in one of these games. His trusted stead comes when he whistles, when it stands around the horse kicks out at the odd fly, tosses its head and paws the ground, to get it going you need to put the leg on but if you overdo it it bucks you off, it will jump obstacles but only reasonable ones otherwise it will refuse and today it floored the OH for trying to make it go through water!

None of this is impressive if you have an actual horse, or if you play the horse-themed games, but this is the first RPG I have seen with such a great horse!

I agree - the ones in Red Dead Redemption were great. I lost one while hunting cougars and was genuinely gutted! The ones in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood are rubbish in comparison but I did get endless amounts of amusement from cantering around Rome finding bounce fences, steps etc. :D

My OH has one that sounds similar. It's set in the middle ages (i think!) and the way the horses move and fidget when they are standing around is amazing. It's really sad but i cant help watching

My brother got rediculously into playing Red Dead Redemption (he isn't horsey!) and kept having to show me things because they were so realistic! Him and his mates renamed it ''Grand Theft Horse-o'' lol xx
