My horse is living out with access to his stable however, there is a little slope up into his stable door which is concrete and he sometimes slips slightly as he walks out of his stable which is not ideal. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to the floor to give it more grip as when it rains it will become more slippery. He has road nails in his shoes so there’s not much more I can do to him to help him grip!

I was wondering if you can get rubber type strips which you somehow bolt to the floor, like you get on horse box ramps??

you can get rubberised paint which provides a good grip. otherwise, Fieldguard does very very good rubber mat products, i have their muckheap-ramp rubber strip with bars across, it is totally non-slip, brilliant. you could bolt through that into the concrete. personally, i'd try the paint first though, much cheaper i would think.

There are loads of anti slip floor paints on the market. If you 'google' anti slip paint you'll find loads.
