Hi everyone!! Can you help? I would like peoples advice on improving balance and seat please.I am returning to riding after a year of not riding due to complications with my pregnancy but I plan to start riding again in the next couple of months. Can anyone suggest some exercises either ridden or non ridden to improve my core strength, balance and help me re establish a good seat ( not sure it was great before baby Lol ) . I know the obvious one of lunging with
no stirrups but I was hoping you could come up with some more practical suggestions for me. Thank you all
