Following my successful show jumping at easter (i.e. I came back alive!) I've taken the plunge and booked to go cross country schooling next weekend, with a view to doing a hunter trial the weekend after.
I just need to hope now the weather stays reasonable so the schooling course stays open and we get some practice in before the hunter trial.
Our last cross country outing was 2 years ago before my horse had his back problem and he was fantastic.
I just hope he remembers what to do, as I'm not sure I do!
