Hi, My horse has qualified for hunter type in hand at chiltern and thames in september. for the qualifier he wore an inhand bridle. But am i right in saying it would look smarter if he wore a bridle with a flat nose band and browband? ( no bling ) and also what should I be wearing? I have the tweed etc. Im new to showing so I have no idea what im doing hehe. hes 4 years old and 15hh. thanks :)

Ignoring the fact I have a coloured in my hand :p

This is what I wear for in hand, Canary shirt and tie, Tweed jacket which you will need for the hunter class and just brown bootcut trousers and brown boots, a hat and gloves :)

Some people just wear their Jods and normal riding boots, thats fine for local level and im sure you wouldnt be frowned upon for wearing it at county either, but its what most people wear :)

Good luck

xx
