In hand showing in winter coat

Also in TR, anyone ever shown their horses while still in their winter coats, I have the chance of a show on the 22nd, problem is, my two horses have lived out all year unrugged and are showing no signs of shedding yet, both are in superb condition which shines through the mud, any ideas anyone
 
Admittedly I only show natives now but yes I take them out hairy. We started the show season last weekend and they were very fluffy but we weren't the only ones. Better than the poor ponies full clipped out and shivering away stood in line.
 
Yes. It is still technically winter and judges will expect to see hairy horses! If they are shiny through their coats then a good groom and wiping over with a hot cloth will do the job. Good luck and have fun. Don't forget to post pics.
