In hand showing trouser question

I am looking to do some in hand showing with my horse.

He is bay and has 1 black foot and 3 short white socks. As the legs are primarily dark do I wear pale trousers?

Also is white acceptable or is cream preferred if you think I need light coloured trousers?

im not a showing expert but i used to show my almost black horse at country shows in cream coloured trousers and i dont think i looked out of place. , some used to wear beige jodhpurs or trousers but i cant remember anyone wearing white...hope this helps..

I'd also go with lighter
