hello, I have a chestnut TB with two white socks behind, what colour trousers would be correct for county level?

Im aware that you need opposite colour but im unsure whats opposite to chestnut! Only shown in hand with bays which is easy!

Any colour you like! It seems that anything goes these days!

And to be honest if a judge can't tell the difference between a horses legs and a humans legs then they shouldn't be judging!

i always used light coloured trousers to show my almost black horse, and i would think light colour would be best if he doesnt have any white on his fronts..

I wear navy blue skinny chinos with a chesnut and red with everything else. They both match my tweed/tie/shirt though!

I used to wera cream/beige with my chestnut horse and wear navy with my coloured.

The opposite colour to orange is blue, I would wear navy, possibly light beige.
