On behalf of a friend, what is correct attire for in hand showing? we are both clueless

friend is 21 and horse will probs go into a 3/4yo class or a condition and turnout class. She is not totally sure yet! Showing a Ginger TB

trousers are fine, go for a contrasting colour to the horse, so a dark or light pair work with a chesnut really, optional.
white shirt.
as its summer a waistcoat would compliment outfit rather then a jacket. something complimenting trouser colour or a light tweed will do.
tie is optional.
hat, now as its a relative youngster a hard hat may be cautious if excitable otherwise a standard show hat will do, again to match trousers and top.
